1/2 cup melted oleo 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup chopped onion 1 cup milk 1-1/2 cups cubed Velveeta cheese
2 pounds frozen hash browns |

Mix ingredients in large saucepan and heat. Stir until cheese is melted. Watch closely. Add 2 pounds frozen hash browns. Mix together and pour into 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. |
