4 medium artichokes, trimmed 1/2 c. water 3 tbsp. soy sauce |
1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves

Cut artichokes in half lengthwise. Place each half, cut side up, on 12-inch piece of foil. Sprinkle water, soy sauce, and basil equally over halves. Bring up 2 long ends of foil; fold down twice until foil rests on artichokes. Fold ends down twice. Cook on grill, seam side up, over medium-low heat about 25 minutes, or until leaves pull out easily. |
