1 (5-1/2 oz.) package au gratin potatoes 2-1/2 cups diced cooked ham 1 cup canned or frozen peas 1 small onion, chopped |
1 small green pepper, chopped 1/3 cup chopped celery 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix potatoes as directed on package in a 2-qt. ovenproof dish. Mix together ham, peas, onion, green pepper, celery and add to casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes. |
