1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes 1 can whole tomatoes 2 cups rice, cooked 2 pounds Velveeta cheese |

Brown hamburger, onions and peppers; drain. Add chili seasoning, pinto beans, Ro-Tel tomatoes and tomatoes. Cook until it begins to thicken. Layer cooked rice and meat mixture; top with shredded cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts. |
