Ingredients:
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cotto salami
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons butter
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
Cooking Instructions:
Cut slices of meat into wedges. In a skillet, cook mushrooms, onion, and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in meat pieces, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cover and cook slowly 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve over spaghetti.
