1/2 cup uncooked rice 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/8 teaspoon black pepper |

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly brown beef. Drain off fat. Add onions and green peppers. Continue stirring until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper; heat thoroughly. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Cover. Bake 1 hour. |
