1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 2 medium onions, chopped 1 c. celery, diced 1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice 1 can bean sprouts |
1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 1/2 c. water |

Saute onions and ground beef, add celery and place in baking dish. Cover with other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. Then sprinkle can of Chinese noodles over top and bake for 15 more minutes, uncovered. |
