| Ingredients: |
1 large can sauerkraut, drained 1 large apple, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped |
brown sugar to taste salt and pepper 1/2-3/4 c. water |

Instructions: |

Mix all of above ingredients and place in casserole dish. Put cubed bacon or pork chops on top of sauerkraut mixture. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
