2 cups water 1/2 cup broken pecans 2 tablespoons soy sauce paprika |

Trim excess fat from chops; set chops aside. In saucepan, cook celery in oil until tender. Stir in rice mix and water. Bring to boiling. Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Turn mixture into 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange chops atop rice. Brush chops with soy sauce; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more or until chops and rice are tender. |
