2 cups shredded cheese 4 cups shredded cabbage 6 oz. noodles, cooked and drained buttered crumbs |

Instructions: |

Melt the butter in a saucepan; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Then slowly add milk. Continue to cook till mixture thickens into white sauce, then add the cheese and stir until it melts. Add the cabbage and noodles and put into a 2-qt. casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
