1 large onion, chopped 1/2 c. butter 2 cups long-grain rice |
2 cans onion soup 1 large can mushrooms, chopped or sliced 2 cups liquid-mushroom juice plus water or chicken both |

Saute onion in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in covered casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
