1/2 cup shortening 1/2 cup butter 1-1/2 cups sugar 3 eggs, well beaten 1 tablespoon lemon peel 1 tablespoon lemon juice |

Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Stir in cranberries and coconut. Cream shortening and butter, gradually add sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually stir in flour mixture mixed with cranberries. Drop from teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes. |
