1 (7-3/4 oz.) can salmon (reserving 2 teaspoons liquid) 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) |
2 tablespoons minced onion 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke |

Drain salmon, reserving 2 teaspoons liquid. Flake. Combine reserved liquid with salmon, cream cheese, onion and liquid smoke. Blend thoroughly. Refrigerate several hours. |

Suggestions: |
| Serve with crackers. Can be rolled in a ball and garnished with parsley. |
