1/4 teaspoon pepper 3 cups milk 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn 1 (6 oz.) can crab meat (drained) |

Melt the butter over low heat in saucepan. Add onion and cook until a yellow color. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook and stir until mixture is bubbly. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil. Continue stirring and boil 1 minute. Add corn and drained crab meat and simmer until heated through. |
