Ingredients:
1/2 pound sirloin or round steak (cut in bite size pieces and floured)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 onion, sliced
2 cups sliced potatoes (Used, frozen cottage fries)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water
Cooking Instructions:
Season floured steak with salt and pepper; brown. Put browned steak pieces in buttered baking dish. Place onion slices over meat and add sliced potatoes. Mix water and celery soup and pour over potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
