Ingredients:
2/3 cup butter or shortening
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. craisins
2/3 cup white chocolate chunks or chips
Cooking Instructions:
Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Add mixture to butter mixture mixing well. Stir in craisins and whole chocolate chips. Gradually mix well after each ingredient. Drop mixture by teaspoonsful on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
