1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 cup chopped onions 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 1 can minced clams, undrained |
2 tablespoons lemon juice 1-1/2 pounds sea scallops 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (opt.) |

Saute onions in butter. Roll scallops in crushed crackers and place in lightly greased baking dish. Combine clams, lemon juice, onions and mushrooms and add to scallops in baking dish. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
