2 pounds chicken breast, cooked, boned and cut into large pieces 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup |
1-1/2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs 1 tablespoon poppy seeds 1/2 c. butter, melted |

Place chicken in shallow casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Mix crumbs, poppy seeds and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
