1/4 teaspoon instant minced garlic 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese 2 (10 oz. each) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained |

In greased 2-quart casserole, combine first 7 ingredients. Stir until well blended. Stir in cheese. Fold in broccoli and mushrooms. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until mixture is firm and lightly browned. |
