1 cup sweetened dried fruit such as cranberries, raisins, diced apricots or fruit medleys |

Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Melt white chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl on Medium High (70% power) 1 minute; stir. Microwave an additional 20 to 40 seconds or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth. Gently stir in cereal and fruit until evenly coated. Spread on prepared baking sheet, separating mixture into loose clusters. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Break or cut into bite-size pieces. Store covered in a cool place. |
