1/3 cup sugar 1-1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon 3 tablespoons margarine or butter |
4 cups crispy corn and rice cereal 1/2 cup peanuts 1/2 cup raisins |

Combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Melt margarine in large skillet over low heat. Gradually add cereal and peanuts, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over cereal mixture. Add raisins. Mix well. Continue to cook and stir 1 minute. Spread on absorbent paper to cool. Store in an airtight container. |
