Ingredients:
8 cups freshly popped corn
2 medium size ripe bananas, pureed (about 1 cup)
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon baking powder
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except popcorn. Cook over medium heat to 240 degrees on candy thermometer. Stir often. Pour over popcorn immediately and toss to coat. Form into balls.
