1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed 3/4 cup coarse toasted bread crumbs 1/4 to 1/3 cup melted butter 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese |

Combine salt, pepper, herbs, chives and bread crumbs. Arrange tomato slices in layers in a 2-quart casserole, sprinkle each layer with crumb mixture and drizzle with melted butter. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
