1 (10 oz.) frozen baby limas 1 (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn 2 eggs 2 tablespoons catsup 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup coarsely cut onion |
1/4 cup diced green pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon chili powder 3 tablespoons butter |

Cook frozen vegetables as directed on package, cutting the cooking time to about one half; drain. Place all remaining ingredients in blender bowl and blend for about 15 seconds, until ingredients are just partially blended, but not entirely smooth. Pour over vegetables which have been turned into a greased 1-quart casserole. Mix lightly. Bake, uncovered in a 375 degree oven until mixture is firm (about 45 minutes). |
