Ingredients:
1 (2 to 3 lb.) boneless shoulder roast
2 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons fat
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 or 2 (15 oz.) cans ravioli
Cooking Instructions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper; rub into pot roast on all sides. Brown in hot fat. Pour off drippings; add water and onion to meat; cover tightly and cook slowly 2 to 3 hours or until tender. Slice meat and arrange on heated platter. Thicken cooking liquid if desired; add ravioli and heat. Pour over meat slices and serve.
