1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 tablespoons sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin |
2 cups buttermilk 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 cup chopped pecans |

Instructions: |

Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool. Add buttermilk and stir until combined. Fold in whipped topping. Add pecans. Spoon into 8x12-inch dish. Chill until firm. |
