5 lbs of potatoes 5 lbs of onions 1 package hotdogs 1tsp of salt sprinkled a small pinch of pepper 1 tbsp of olive oil |

Instructions: |

Open the bag of potatoes and peel them all then cut out any eyes or bad part with a potato peeler or sharp knife. Step 2 dice the potatoes into cubes size. Now open the bag of onions white or red it doesn't matter peel them all, and chop them up into medium small in size. Now take a medium frying pan or saute pan and add the olive oil on low heat. Heat that while you add the potatoes and onions to medium heat add the salt and pepper. Now mic the hotdogs all of them and slice them into small slices, and add all of them to the pan of potatoes and onions. Fold them into the mix, and cook for 30 minutes. |
