Ingredients:
3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained
2 cups sour cream
1 cup Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 stick melted butter
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
2 tablespoons butter
Cooking Instructions:
Set aside 1/2 cup stuffing mix. After draining spinach, mix all ingredients gently, except the 2 tablespoons of butter. Put in 2-quart casserole. Top with the 1/2 cup stuffing mix and the 2 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Additional Comments:
Fresh spinach can be used in this recipe.
