2 tablespoons margarine 1 tablespoon vinegar 5 cups chopped green cabbage 1 medium onion sliced 1 cup sliced carrots 1 can drained kidney beans |
1 can stewed tomatoes 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons flour dash pepper 1 pound smoked sausage |

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat margarine in Dutch oven over medium heat and add cabbage, onion and carrots. Saute 5 minutes. Stir in beans, tomatoes and vinegar. Sprinkle cheese, flour and pepper over cabbbage mixture and stir in. Spoon into greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Cut sausage into bite size pieces; arrange on top of cabbage. Cover and bake 1 hour. |
