Ingredients:
1 cup soda cracker crumbs
2 cups medium white sauce
1/2 lb. American cheese, sliced or grated
1 (7 oz.) can pimentos, cut fine
4 hard-cooked eggs, grated
butter crumbs
Cooking Instructions:
In a large baking dish, place a layer of rolled soda cracker crumbs. Moisten well with half of the white cream sauce, next a layer of cheese and then a layer of eggs. Repeat these layers and be sure the crumbs are well moistened. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes.
