1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni 1 (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 small onion, grated 4 cups (16 oz.) Cheddar cheese |
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 3 tablesppons butter, melted 1 cup cracker crumbs |

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni and drain. Combine macaroni and next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Pour in a 12x8x2-inch glass baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Mix well. Sprinkle over top. Bake 30 minutes. |
