2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables 1/4 cup celery, chopped 1 cup grated cheese (Velveeta or Cheddar) |
1/4 cup onion, chopped 1 cup mayonnaise crushed crackers |

Instructions: |

Cook celery and onion. Drain and mix with mixed vegetables; reheat. Stir in cheese until melted. Add mayonnaise. Pour in oiled dish and top with crushed crackers. Bake in a 350 degree oven until crackers are golden brown. |
