1 lb. cubed, cooked pork 1-1/2 cups sliced celery 2 small onions, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 soup can of water 2-1/2 tablespoons soy sauce 1/2 cup raw rice 8 oz. Chinese noodles |

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2-quart greased casserole dish. Bake covered, until rice is tender, about 1-1/2 hours. |

Suggestions: |
| Serve with Chinese noodles. If desired, serve with soy sauce. |
