In a microwave-safe bowl, mix vegetables and 1/4 cup water. Cover; cook on High 12 minutes, stirring once. Drain. In 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, melt butter on High 30 seconds; blend in flour, tarragon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and the milk. Cook, uncovered 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring once; stir in cheese until melted. Add vegetables. Cook on High 3 minutes; stir. Top with croutons. |
