1-1/2 pound turkey breast salt to taste pepper to taste 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 (6 oz.) can frozen undiluted lemonade concentrate lemon wedges |
Sauce:
cooking juice from turkey 2 teaspoons dry mustard 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon salt

Combine butter and lemonade concentrate. Pour over turkey: add salt and pepper. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours to 180 degrees. Remove from pan. Pour cooking juices into small skillet. Heat to boiling. Whisk in mustard, paprika, ginger and salt. Heat until sauce thickens. Thinly slice turkey. Spoon sauce over slices. Garnish with lemon wedges. |
