2 (7 or 8 oz.) packages frozen shelled shrimp 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1-1/2 cups finely chopped pared tart apple |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons curry powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups milk hot cooked rice paprika

Cook shrimp in boiling water, according to package directions. Drain. Melt butter; add apples and cook for 5 minutes. Combine the flour, curry powder and salt; stir into apples. Add milk slowly; cook and stir till sauce is thick. Add shrimp and continue cooking until hot through, stirring occasionally. |
