2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut in chunks 1 can onion soup |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 cup California Burgundy wine |

Instructions: |

Brown meat. Remove to crock pot. Pour wine in fry pan to deglaze (scrape bottom of pan). Stir soups into pan. Blend all liquids. Pour over meat in crock pot. Cover and cook at low for 8-10 hours. |
