2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 egg

1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons rum or rum flavoring
2 teaspoons brown sugar (or more)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (opt.) |

Mix all ingredients except brown sugar. Beat for 1/2 minute. Fill 12 greased medium muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle top with brown sugar. Bake 15 minutes in 400 degree oven. |
