| Ingredients: |
1/2 to 3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4 cup butter 1 bunch green onions, sliced, including most of the tops |
2 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoon paprika dash of tabasco sauce 1 cup sour cream |

Instructions: |

Saute onions in butter until almost tender; stir in mushrooms and heat until coated. Blend in flour, paprika and tabasco sauce; carefully stir in sour cream and heat to serving temperature. |
