Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) pkg. tater tots
1/2 cup frozen chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic (dehydrated)
1 cup drained canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon basil, crushed
1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen zucchini
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Cooking Instructions:
Put potatoes into a 2-quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and continue baking, uncovered, for about 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
If desired, 1/3 cup Parmesan mixed with 2 tablespoons chopped parsley may be sprinkled over the top for serving.
