2 ( 9 oz. each ) pkgs. French style green beans 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons minced onion 2 cups bean sprouts |
1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 can milk 1 ( 7 oz.) can onion rings |

Cook beans as directed and drain. Saute onion, sprouts and chestnuts in butter. Layer half of the beans in a 2-quart casserole with half of the bean sprouts mixture. Repeat. Combine soup and milk and pour over all. Arrange onion rings on top. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until bubbly. |
