Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can bean sprouts, rinsed
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 can French fried onion rings, optional
Cooking Instructions:
Cook ground beef until it loses its color; add salt and a dash of pepper, soy sauce, bean sprouts and mushroom soup. Turn into a 2-quart casserole and top with chow mein noodles, pressing them down into the mixture slightly. If using the French fried onion rings, put them on last. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
