1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup milk 1 cup elbow macaroni 1 pkg. or jar dried beef, cut up 4 tablespoons chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1 cup shredded Cheddar 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 can French fried onions, optional |

Blend milk and soup; add macaroni. Add remaining ingredients except French fried onions. Pour into a greased 1-1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered, for 1 hour. Top with fried onions (if used) for the last 10 minutes of baking. |
