1 bunch (4 cups) cooked fresh broccoli, cut into (1-in.) pieces 1-1/3 cups sliced celery 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon salt black pepper 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese butter |

In large bowl combine broccoli, celery and pimento, mixing well. In separate bowl combine soup, sour cream, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix with broccoli mixture until well blended. Turn into a 1-1/2-qt. greased casserole; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
