1 small can Parmesan cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 large can evaporated milk 1 can chow mein noodles |
1 can water chestnuts 1 large fryer, cup up and cooked with 3 stalks celery |

Put soup with milk in large bowl. Mix all ingredients. Pour in buttered casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
