Ingredients:
3 cups chopped fresh pineapple
1/4 cup light-colored corn syrup
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened pink grapefruit juice
4 cups lemon-flavored sparkling mineral water, chilled
Cooking Instructions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Pour into an 8-inch square pan; cover. Freeze 3 hours or until almost firm. For each serving, scoop 1/2 cup mixture into a glass; add 1/2 cup sparkling water. Sir well.
