Hi Rachel, Congratulations! “Freezing Cookies and Cookie Dough” is a great booklet and just in time for the holiday season. When I first received the booklet I immediately dug out my cookie baking sheet and made a batch of Salted Peanut cookies. Delicious! The recipe made a big batch so I baked half and used the freezing instructions in the booklet to freeze the other half. I know these are not going to make it to the holiday season but thanks to “Freezing Cookies and Cookie Dough” all my cookies will be oven ready when the time comes. Rachel, Now that "Freezing Cookies and Cookie Dough" is available, I think I can throw away most of my handwritten recipes. I was delighted to find a recipe for Snickerdoodles. That's my son's favorite cookie, and although he's married and lives in another state, whenever he comes to visit, I bake him a batch of Snickerdoodles. The book will make a great gift for him and his wife. The book also has me all fired up to make a few batches of cookies to freeze so that when we have family here for the holidays I will be able to just pop what I need into the oven and look like I've been baking all day! What I love about being able to download the book, aside from the fact that I can have it immediately, is that I can slip the pages into page protectors and put them in a notebook.
