Wonderful Cheesecake Brownies
by Cristie Will

Description: Easy cheesecake brownie recipe.

Ingredients:
1-box Brownie mix
8-ounces Cream cheese, softened
2-tablespoons Butter, softened
1-tablespoon Cornstarch
1-can (14-ounces) Sweetened condensed milk, NOT evaporated milk
1-large Egg
1-teaspoon Vanilla
2-cups Chocolate frosting, store bought

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare brownie mix as per package directions. Spread mixture into 9-13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Beat with electric hand mixer, cream cheese, butter and cornstarch in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk. Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour cheesecake mixture evenly over brownie batter.

Bake about 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool and spread chocolate frosting over the top evenly. Cut into bars; store covered in refrigerator.

Makes about 3 dozen bars.

Note: Another great icing is to take a 8-ounce tub of Cool Whip and mix with 12-ounces of milk chocolate chips; place mixture in microwave for about 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir until well blended and creamy. Microwave's vary, so you may need to microwave this a little longer, but before you do that be sure to mix first because it may not need it.
