We live in a little town of 3,000 people. So if we want a choice of upscale restaurants, we drive. Salt Lake City is 3 ½ hours away but we go there often. On a recent trip, we took in a musical and then had dinner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro®. We shared Lemon Chicken and Moo Goo Gai Pan.
You can make fine Asian dishes at home. The following recipes are easy to do at home:
Flourless Chocolate Cake
For dessert we had Flourless Chocolate Cake served with raspberry sauce and fresh blackberries and strawberries. The chocolate was intense, very good, and paired perfectly with the raspberry sauce. Choose one of the flourless chocolate cake recipes.
More Favorite Asian Recipes
In one of our classes, we teach how to make egg rolls. It's always a favorite. We serve them with Asian sauces like Thai Sweet Chili and Mandarin Orange. We also make wontons and crab Rangoons and serve them with these sauces.

Make your meal extra exciting with gourmet rice & orzo!
Whatever the meal, an easy way to add excitement and interest is with a gourmet rice or orzo. You can choose gourmet rice from green bamboo rice to yellow saffron rice to red wahani rice and more. Or chose an orzo like Lemon Garlic Orzo or Sweet Potato Orzo. Orzo is a pasta formulated into grain-shaped pieces so that it has rice-like appearance when cooked.
