Toddlers are notoriously picky eaters. Sometimes it can be hard to find foods that toddlers will eat. It seems to help if they have siblings (in our case, a twin!). If they see another child eating something they are much more likely to try it.
Here are some easy snacks that my toddlers enjoy. Don't feed small items (i.e. raisins) to toddlers under age 2. They could be a choking hazard.
- String cheese
- Sliced apples or pears
- Grapes
- Carrot sticks
- Rice Krispie Treats
- Finger Jello
- Goldfish crackers
- Frozen juice bars or popsicles
- Fruit snacks
- Cold cereal
- Yogurt covered raisins
